Refund & Return Policy

Policy for digital goods:

• All sales of instant digital products (digital greeting cards, e-books, downloadable PDFs) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
• If you encounter technical issues or do not receive your digital file/download link within 24 hours of purchase, please email us with your order reference and we will promptly send you the file directly.

Policy for physical goods:

• Eligibility: Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item received was damaged, misprinted, or defective upon arrival.
• Return Request Process: To initiate a return request, please email info@gloryapologetics.in or garesourcesindia@gmail.com with your order ID, proof of purchase, and clear photos showing the damaged/defective condition.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or item received in a damaged condition).

Once your return request or returned physical package is received and verified by our team, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (or via direct UPI/bank transfer) within 7 business days.
