• Tracking & Postal Delays: Once dispatched, tracking information or consignment details are shared with you. While we partner with reliable carriers (India Post and trusted courier services), we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by extreme weather, postal strikes, or remote regional constraints.

Cancellation rules:

• Digital Products: Digital resource purchases (greeting cards, e-books) cannot be canceled once access or delivery links have been generated.
• Physical Orders: Physical orders (books, tracts) can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
